1.    Rameshwaram – Pamban Sea-Rail Bridge

This sea rail bridge connecting the town of Mandapam with Pamban Island is the most spell-bounding thing ever. It is also known as “the blue sea bridge”. It is also known as a toy train running from Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling. It is one of the most exquisite sites one can witness throughout their entire life. There are a lot of sights that can be seen from this train like the beautiful valley of Darjeeling, snow-covered peaks of Himalayas and Kanchenjunga, climate transformation from Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling. 5.    Nilgiri Mountain Train – Mettupalayam to Ooty

This train is running in 1908 from Mettupalayam to Ooty. Nilgiri mountain train is among very few trains still running on the steam. The route it passes through has so many natural varieties of forests, mountains, curves, and tunnels. The train let’s passengers witness the most beautiful Nilgiri Mountain covered with Eucalyptus and oak trees. The forest is so enchanting and peaceful to win every nature lover’s heart.

6. Kalka to Shimla -Kalka Shimla Railway

The train taking passengers to India’s most beautiful hill station and British summer capital Shimla encounters the most beautiful journey through the Pines and greenery. This route with 102 tunnels and 85 is mentioned under one of the heritage sites. The train moves at a very slow pace due to the upward climb buys passengers more time to admire the scenic beauty.

7. Journey from Madgaon to Mumbai  – Mandovi Express route

A beautiful train journey of about 11 hours, including many tunnels, bridges, streams, lush green hills and more through the Western Ghats! The train departs from Mumbai to Goa and crosses Madgaon, Ratnagiri,Thane and other places.

8. Guwahati-Silchar rout

The train departs between Dibrugarh in Assam and Lalgarh Junction in West Bengal. Its total distance is about 3118 kilometers, but the journey from Guwahati to Silchar is simply the world!

9. Kashmir Valley Railways
