There is an ongoing buzz that Chupacabra might have been seen in Dewitt County, Texas. Reports say that Cpl. Brandol Reidel was on patrol with his partner when they saw something they couldn’t describe. So, in case no one believed them when they told their story, they pushed record on the dashboard camera, capturing video of what some now say is the elusive Chupacabra.
This news has generated a lot of curiosity about the animal which itself is mysterious. The literal translation for the Spanish word “chupacabra” is “goat sucker.”The chupacabra is an animal said to be unknown to science and systemically killing animals in places like Puerto Rico, Miami, Nicaragua, Chile, and Mexico. The creature’s name originated with the discovery of some dead goats in Puerto Rico with puncture wounds in their necks and their blood allegedly drained.
As per wiki, the most common description of Chupacabra is a reptile-like being, appearing to have leathery or scaly greenish-gray skin and sharp spines or quills running down its back. This form stands approximately 3 to 4 feet (1 to 1.2 m) high, and stands and hops in a similar fashion to a kangaroo.Another description of Chupacabra, although not as common, is described as a strange breed of wild dog. This form is mostly hairless, has a pronounced spinal ridge, unusually pronounced eye sockets, fangs, and claws.

its not a Chupucabra, its a mix of hairless mexican dog, and coyote. Go look up the hairless mexican dog, and then look at pictures of the coyote, and there you have it.
