Oz female stripper booked for raping man at bucks’ party!

A female stripper is facing legal charges after she allegedly raped a man at a bucks’ party.

Linda Maree Naggs has been accused of sexually penetrating a man at the party on the Mornington Peninsula last year.

However, her attorney James Dowsley, sought suppression orders for banning any publication of details of the case in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court last week, reports The Daily Telegraph.

He claimed that publishing information regarding the issue would prejudice the case and cause undue distress or embarrassment owing to the unusual circumstances.

He argues that Naggs was part of the entertainment at the bucks’ night and was a stripper at the time.

Prosecutor Mara Sucic also backed the suppression order application, saying that the complainant was also embarrassed and traumatised.

However, magistrate Belinda Wallington turned down to pass the order.

Naggs, a resident of Rosebud West, will be facing a preliminary hearing of the charge next week. (ANI)
