Sloshed Amy Winehouse carried out in duvet after post gig party

Troubled English singer Amy Winehouse was so knocked out after a festival gig that she had to be carried out of the hotel in a duvet.

Winehouse, 24, who had previously ordered about 48 bottles of Jack Daniels, went on a drinking binge until 5 a.m.

The Rehab singer was so sloshed that she had to be wrapped up in the duvet and carried away on a minder’s shoulder after being booted out by hotel bosses.

“Amy was a total mess. She couldn’t manage to walk to the car so they had to wrap her in a duvet,” the Sun quoted a source as saying. Winehouse’s entire entourage were barred from the Wellington Hotel, for defacing a room and for shouting at staff and guests.

The entire damage incurred by the hotel came up to 5,000 pounds, with the furniture having been burned with cigarette butts and carpets covered with booze.

Bosses of the hotel in Ventnor said she barricaded herself in her penthouse suite with pals. (ANI)
