Robert Pattinson: Sex scenes with Uma Thurman is “disturbing”

The 23 year old Twilight heartthrob, Robert Pattinson, is apparently, getting the ultimate jitters at the very thought of his sex scenes with the 40 year old Dangerous Liaisons actress Uma Thurman for his upcoming movie Bel Ami. The latest Hollywood sensation has reportedly admitted that shooting the intimate scenes with Thurman will be “kind of disturbing.”

Bel Ami is an erotically charged story of ambition, power and seduction, the gorgeous Robert Pattinson will start shooting for it from this week onwards in London & Budapest. The film is set in 1890s Paris and sees the gorgeous star playing the lead role Georges Duroy who rises to power from a poor journalist to one of the most successful men in Paris, most of which he achieves by manipulating and sleeping with a series of powerful, intelligent, and wealthy mistresses.

The shoot will involve stripping off with numerous beautiful Hollywood actresses including Christina Ricci and Kristin Scott Thomas – and the Twilight hunk admits he’s really nervous about getting naked with Thurman.

He says, “The sex scenes with Uma are kind of disturbing. Her character kind of uses sex as a weapon and my character thinks like an animal. There’s quite a lot of sex scenes in this film, so I’m asking quite a lot of myself and with lots of different people as well.”

Bel Ami has received funding from American Idol founder and former Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller.

The Hollywood heartthrob will soon appear in romantic drama Remember Me and the third Twilight movie Eclipse.
