Naomi Watts : Naomi Watts tops Hollywood Actresses’ Earning Power list

British-born actress Naomi Watts has been named by Forbes magazine as the Hollywood actress who gives the best return on the money she is paid.

The 41-year-old star’s last three films made 44 dollars for every 1
dollar she was paid to appear.

To make the list, the esteemed magazine analyzed the salaries and
box office returns of the top 100 female stars in Hollywood.

The worldwide success of King Kong in 2005, and last year’s
well-received The International, helped Watts to beat actresses who
receive fatter cheques such as Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie.

The amount the films made was then compared to the amount of money the actress cost to give a “return on investment” (ROI), reports

Jennifer Connelly was the second most bankable actress, as for
every dollar she earned her films took in 41 dollars.

Canadian actress Rachel McAdams, 30, was third.

Natalie Portman and Meryl Streep rounded off the top five.
