Michael Jackson : MJ’s admission of painkiller addiction caught on tape

A video showing Michael Jackson talking about his addiction to prescription drugs has surfaced.
The recording apparently shows the King of Pop being quizzed by an attorney over a lawsuit involving his ex-manager Dieter Wiesner, who alleged fraud and breach of contract in a 45 million pound civil case.
Jackson, who died aged 50 from a dose of powerful sedative, is purportedly questioned about his dependence on drugs in the film, reports the Sun.
The singer, while appearing distracted in the video, said that he could not recall signing a deal with Wiesner due to the probable effect of the drugs that left him unable to know what he was doing.
In one exchange the attorney asks him: “Were you under the influence of drugs or alcohol that impaired your ability to understand what you were doing?”
Jackson replied: “It could have been medication, yes.”
The attorney said: “OK, what medications were you taking in about January of 2003?”
Jackson replied: “It could have easily been pain medication because I had some serious injuries on tour.”
Attorney then said: “And so is it your testimony that you gave power of attorney to Dieter Wiesner and Ronald Konitzer when under the influence of prescription medication?”
Jackson replied: “Could have been – probably. Probably, yes.” (ANI)
