Love wants to let fans decide price of album
- 0 Comments
London, Jan 10 (IANS) Rocker Courtney Love wants to allow fans to decide how much to pay for her new album the way rock band Radiohead did.
According to contactmusic.com, Love is almost done with her new album “Nobody’s Daughter” – her first in five years. She was supposed to have been done with it by Jan 1 but has had to push back the date.
She now wants to release it in a ‘pay-what-you-want’ scheme.
She wrote on her blog: “There’s millions of people worldwide waiting on this record. Well, maybe, there’s 10! But in any case, I assume there are millions because in the past there have been millions. My strategy is to make it available to people in every country for free and for what you feel I deserve…”
