David Tennant : David Tennant blames Billie Piper’s twin assets for ‘Top Gear’ loss

‘Doctor Who’ star David Tennant blames co-star Billie Piper’s boobs for loosing their celeb car battle on the BBC’s ‘Top Gear’.

“The reason I was 0.2 seconds behind her was because Billie was wearing a see-through top,” the News of the World quoted him as saying in ‘Doctor Who’ convention.

“If Billie Piper didn’t have such great breasts, I would have beaten her. So unfair!” he added.

The Scottish actor, who is set to depart sci-fi show, says that he’s amazed to have lasted more than a few days, for he was under fear of been sacked any time.

Tennant admits that he was petrified of being axed for not being “good enough”.

“I thought I’d be sacked any second. The first script read-through was terrifying. Everyone who worked at the BBC turned up – with their notebooks,” he said

“I kept thinking I clocked James Nesbitt out of the corner of my eye and Michael Sheen having a coffee in the corner. The replacements were lining up!” he added. (ANI)
