Chris Brown : Brown apologises for Rihanna assault on YouTube

Chris Brown has issued an apology on popular video sharing website YouTube for assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna.

The singer, who confessed felony assault last month, posted a two-minute clip on the website, expressing his “deepest regret over the fight”.

The 20-year-old said he accepted “full responsibility” for beating the R&B lady, who was later left with facial injuries.

“I’ve told Rihanna countless times and I’m telling you today I’m truly, truly sorry I wasn’t able to handle the situation differently and better,” The Sun quoted him as saying.

Brown is due to attend anger management courses and do community service. (ANI)
