Britney Spears to continue paying his dad for her conservatorship!

Britney Spears’  dad will remain her guardian for some more period, reports TMZ. The statement given by a judge says that Britney will be under his father’s conservatorship till at least January 2010.

It was in news for some time that Britney and her legal team had been stepping forward to end the conservatorship that her dad is currently having. In the recent hearing, the judge declared that the conservatorship would be extended. Though the judge hasn’t confirmed about the duration of the extension, some lawyers related to the case informed TMZ that it may prolong for a period of six months to one year! Poor Britney…

The guardianship rule gets Jamie Spears paid $16,000 monthly and it will continue as usual during the extension. Andrew Wallet who is the co-conservator would get $174,569.10 as his duty for 5 months in 2009. Apart from that, Britney is expected to pay her lawyers around $300,000 as fees.

Whew…much bucks to lose, Britney! Well tried to end the conservatorship, but alas…failed miserably this time. Better luck next time as we hope to see some light for Britney in the next hearing of the case on 14th January’09…
