   A Workout for Your Ethics

   News is starting to trickle in that Ozone Spa Private Ltd is under scrutiny as its managers and employees face sexual misconduct and bribery allegations.

   Customers of Ozone are alleging numerous counts of sexual misconduct charges towards female customers. These charges are primarily levied against manager Gaurav Makkar and some trainers at Gurgaon branch.

   According to insiders, such practices had been prevalent for some time and Ozone has lost numerous customers in this regard. The top management is aware of the charges but has so far disregarded all allegations, never returning customer complaints of this type. Customers also point to the wide distribution of controlled substances at the gym, adding to the problem.

   To add insult to injury, some female customers are being bribed to maintain their silence.

   A senior ex-employee of Ozone, who wishes to remain anonymous, confirms these events. The employee also points to misappropriation of company funds for personal gain by manager Makkar.

   The management was not available for further comment.

   As it stands, let us not come here to workout our ethics. Let us go to safer gyms to workout our fitness standards.

   Present crisis due to tug of war for chairs between Congress and PDP: Chaman
   Jammu,Oct 4 (Scoop)-The BJP leader and the former Union Minister, Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta observed that the eruption of secessionism and anti-national activities in the valley of Kashmir was due to tug of war for chairs between activities the Congress and PDP, a partner of the erstwhile Ghulam Nabi Azad coalition as also the race between the National Conference and PDP to have supremacy in the separatists polity of the troubled valley. Pakistan has obviously found new opportunity to fish in troubled waters.

   But the Congress leadership cannot get absolved for this sin because of its efforts to have the support of both that of the PDP and National Conference to save their government at the Centre even at the cost of national interests, he added.

   Voicing their concern over the spurt in the violation of cease-fire in the bids to push highly motivated ultras to this side of the border/LoC coupled with the turmoil created by the Pak elements in certain parts of the valley of Kashmir, Chaman Lal Gupta has impressed all concerned including the government at the Centre to have a review of the whole situation and make mends to defend the frontiers as also the integrity of the country.
   He said a deep look into the whole situation clearly shows the failure of the Congress led UPA dispensation at the Centre, both at the diplomatic front to deal with Pakistan and unrealistic approach to tackle the fundamentalism and secessionism in the valley.
   He recalled the NDA government at the Centre led by Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee had battled hard to pressurize Pakistan to stop cross border terror. This had resulted not only a solemn pledge by Pakistan to go for cease-fire but also had publically announced that no room would be provided to terrorists on soil under control of Pakistan to indulge in cross border terror. But unfortunately after the change of guards at New Delhi, the issues were not persued in their proper prospective with the result things have again taken an ugly turn, he added and maintained that peace cannot be achieved by yielding under pressure like the hurried decision to have Trade with Pakistan through Pak-held areas without visualizing its implications.

   Prof. Gupta stressed for early elections to the State Assembly alongwith the measures to bring to an end to the many year old regional disparities. The Governor being all powerful can take the measures as there was rule of the Governor.
